Meet Your Onboarding Coordinator
Once you’ve completed your enrollment, you’ll be assigned a dedicated onboarding coordinator. Your coordinator will be your primary contact, guiding you through setup, answering any questions, and making sure you feel ready to start.
Accessing Our LMS
At Aivance Academy, we use a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver courses and keep everything organized for you. Upon logging in for the first time, you’ll receive a guided tour of the platform. This will cover how to access your classes, submit assignments, track your progress, and interact with your teachers.
Set Up Your Personalized Course Schedule
Our academic advisors will work with you to confirm your course schedule and ensure that it aligns with your goals and learning style. Full-time students can access a full suite of courses, while part-time and single-course enrollees can tailor selections to their needs.
Orientation Modules and Resources
Your onboarding experience includes orientation modules to familiarize you with Aivance Academy's resources and expectations. These modules cover essential skills for online learning, time management tips, and guidance on using the LMS effectively. Access to our online library, study tools, and support services is also provided here.
